  • What inspired your design? And how does it fit the criteria?
My inspirations were vintage Californian 60’s & 70’s graphics. Using the Anaheim, California, skyline you see some of the best things about this area. California is known for many things, and I utilized a few: palm trees, shining sun and the waves.

  • What inspired your design? And how does it fit the criteria?

The design shows Anaheim, California as a skyline and in the center of the city I placed a gold heart to represent 911 emergency communications. We are the heart of emergency services.

  • What inspired your design? And how does it fit the criteria?

I wanted to design shirt that visually connected the role of APCO as leaders in public safety communication in a easy to digest visual manner (headset) as well as the sunny disposition of this year’s location (Anaheim, CA) as marked with the 2022 logo’s submarket within the “O” of “APCO” on top of the geographical location of Anaheim in the state of California.
Also, as someone with an extensive collection of event t-shirts I wanted a shirt that would look “fun” and lend itself to many years of wear on down the road 🙂
