REGISTRATION

How do I register?
Click on the Registration button at the top of this page.

What is the registration fee and what is included?
Registration fees vary based on your membership status and when you register. Please visit our Registration Fees & Information page for more details on fees and what is included.

When/where can I register on-site?
You will be able to register (including badge/material pickup for those registered in advance, as well as anyone who needs to register onsite) at the Registration Desk located in the Anaheim Convention Center. Badges and/or tickets are required for access to all APCO 2022 activities.

Registration Hours:

Saturday, August 6 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 7  7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, August 8  7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 9  7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, August 10  8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

SESSIONS

How many CEUs will I earn for attending APCO 2022?
If you attend all four days, you have the opportunity to earn 20 CEUs.

Do I have to register for individual sessions/are sessions ticketed?
You do not need to pre-register for any educational sessions at APCO 2022  However, seats are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular sessions will reach capacity quickly, so please plan to arrive early. Use of the “My Scheduler” tool does not guarantee/reserve a seat in any session. Sessions/activities with additional fees do require pre-registration and/or additional fees to allow access/entry, i.e., Institute Courses, Connect & Celebrate, etc.

VOLUNTEERING

Can I volunteer to help during conference?
Yes. There are many volunteer opportunities available during the event. You can learn more on our Volunteer page.

TRAVEL

How do I make a hotel reservation?
Visit our Housing page for a list of the hotels where a group rate is offered.

Will there be shuttle transportation between the conference hotels and the convention center?
Please refer to our Shuttles & Parking page for additional information on shuttle service. 

What are the recommended arrival airports?
John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA) – 13.0 miles

Are there travel discounts available?
Yes, APCO has secured special discounts with Delta Airlines.

EXHIBIT HALL

Where can I find information on exhibitors and the types of products at the expo?
Everything you need to know about the exhibit hall is listed on our Exhibit Hall page including the hours the expo is open, names of companies exhibiting and their product categories.

MISCELLANEOUS

Will I be able to access the program on my mobile device
Yes, the APCO 2022 mobile app will be available in July, with new and improved features, access to the complete final program and much more!

What is the recommended attire? 
Attire at APCO 2022 ranges from business casual to casual.

Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, jeans, polo shirts, sweaters, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes!

Will child care be provided? 
APCO does not provide childcare services during the conference. 

Attendees requiring assistance with childcare should contact their hotel concierge. Please know that all events require a badge and/or ticket. A conference guest registration is available for purchase.
